When making our candles and wax melts we use soy wax, which contains nothing artificial and makes it a better alternative to old-fashioned paraffin wax! Paraffin wax is made from petroleum oil and produces harmful by-products when burned or melted. Soy wax is non-toxic making it better both for the environment and your health! Not to mention having a better scent throw!
Yes! We are cruelty free and vegan friendly. Our wax melts, candles and gifts are made using 100% eco soy wax, cruelty free fragrance oils and high quality ingredients. Our Glitters are also eco-friendly and biodegradable.
Yes. All of our products comply with European regulations and we are CLP complaint and fully insured.
Helping the environment is something that we take pride in here at Jade’s Sentique and we continue this ethos through to our packaging. Your shipment will be sent to you using recycled packaging where we can, such as bubble wrap from the delivery of the jars, and cardboard separators for multiple bath bomb orders. We also use packing peanuts in our shipments to help to keep your order safe! These are biodegradable, made from natural sources and can be dissolved in water once your order arrives with you safe and sound.
All orders are calculated based on weight and will be sent via Royal Mail/courier service. All delivery charges are to be paid by the customer.
We take every effort to make sure your order arrives in pristine condition, however sometimes accidents happen. If this does happen we will happily refund or replace the product after receiving photographic evidence of the damaged item.
We will gladly accept returns of products purchased directly from us at www.jadescentique.com
All we ask is that you: 1 . First email us within 14 days of delivery at email@example.com with your name, order number and reason for your return. 2. Return the product to us in the exact condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
If the return is due to an error on our part (such as we accidentally shipped something to you other than what you ordered), please let us know and we will rectify this issue as quickly as possible.
If the return is due to anything other than our error, you (the customer) are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. We cannot supply return shipping labels. We also strongly suggest that you ship via Royal Mail/Courier with a tracking number as we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit back to us. A re-stocking fee may be applicable.
Once we receive the return and have confirmed that the product meets the above criteria we will issue a refund for the amount of your purchase.
Yes absolutely, we can add a personalised message or card to your gift. Please use the ‘Contact Us’ page and provide us with the details when you order – including your order number.
We aim to dispatched within 3-5 working days, however at peak times it can take longer. (Easter, Halloween, Christmas, and the New Year), and bank holidays weekend. We do keep you posted on delays on our Social Media pages and please remember to sign up to our emails!. If you do need an item shipped next day delivery please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate this!
All our products are handmade and sometimes we encounter delays at our suppliers; occasionally fragrance oils are out of stock with them for a long time. We do our very best to never run out of our fragrance oils however occasionally this is unavoidable. Please make sure you click the ‘notify me when available’ button so you know immediately it is back in stock.
